The SOC innMedDRA is the highest level in the 5 level hierarchy. MedDRA sets the SOC categories. Not the user. And you refer to the ‘Stroke’ SOC. There is no such category in MedDRA. SOC means System Organ Class. They include the body systems, such as Cardiac, Gastrointestinal, Hepatobiliary, Nervous System, Psychiatric, Investigations, Reproductive system and breast disorders, etc. MedDRA defines 27 distinct SOCs. Under that hierarchy is the Preferred Term (PT) which includes the terms that we refer to as the AEs (adverse events). These are coded in MedDRA and fall under a Primary SOC. In MedDRA, Myocarditis (PT) is in the Cardiac SOC. As is Pericarditis. Vaginal haemorrhage ( PT) is in the Reproductive system & breast disorders SOC ( primary) with a secondary SOC of Vascular disorders. Stroke or Cerebrovascular accident (PT) is in the Primary SOC of Nervous system disorders with a secondary SOC of Vascular disorders. Not defending the Pfizer data, but maybe having someone familiar with Pharmacovigilance coding would have strengthened your analysis? As it is there lots of spikes & oranges mixed in your review. It lessens the impact if you’re familiar with AEs and SOCs. MedDRA website is available to understand its purpose. All regulatory authorities require its use.
Pfizer is as dirty as they get. But you can’t set a threshold for patient deaths, you’re either dead or you’re not. 1223 deaths after 8 weeks of the jab is WAY WAY more than enough to get ANY “treatment” yanked from the market, post haste, and the “cause” of death does not matter at all. But this did not happen. Why? Pfizer, the FDA, CDC, and the Executive branch of the US government are all complicit, AKA GUILTY.
It’s obvious that they are purposely misleading and lying to hide how dangerous the shots were. Still waiting for that brave politician to call for a complete investigation and to promise justice to all that have died and or suffered from these shots and all who lied to us are punished severely.
